While I am not yet a CEO or a sales VP, I still found this book incredibly valuable as a lone salesperson in a business venture. Predictable Revenue provides valuable tools for my sales toolbelt and has primed me for building an efficient sales team. The most beautiful thing about it is that Aaron and Marylou's values align perfectly with mine, casting aside the aggressive tactics of the '80s and '90s trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. They provide a wonderful, scalable sales methodology designed to find the customers you want and the customers that want you. This is a great read, and I will certainly be re-reading it when I am ready to build a sales team.
